Our very own Susan Finley has been selected as the 2011 South Carolina Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers. The organization recognized Susan for her contributions to the insurance industry, her community and her high level of commitment to our customers. Susan is now a finalist for the National CSR of the Year Award. Her award will be announced at the SC’s IIABSC Annual Convention in October, and then she’ll receive it at a formal Awards Luncheon by the societies of CIC and CISR next spring. Congratulations, Susan on your well-deserved recognition!

Real Cause for Celebration: Relay For Life

HBB took part in the Greenville Relay for Life event held in May to celebrate cancer survivors and to raise money for the American Cancer Society. We participated under the Trusted Choice brand of Independent Agents and are pleased to report that SC’s Trusted Choice team raised over $50,000 for the American Cancer Society at 9 Relay For Life events across the state!
